Need to install a Fisher & Pykel stacking kit on a washing machine then stack the dryer on top, the stacking kit requires a drill to screw into the washing machine

Rust spots around bath tub drain hole and top edge of tub under frameless shower screen. Re-silicone around wall tiles and shower frame after repair.

In our bathroom, we have a wardrobe on the other side, separated by a sliding door. That door is water-damaged, and we need someone to restore it. Only the bottom part is damaged. The paint has bubbled due to water exposure, and the door has become stiff now.

We have a small portion of the ground floor ceiling that had a water leak. There is some water damage to the ceiling and cornice an also some holes that were cut to find the source. I’ve attached photos. We have paint to repaint but could also do that ourselves if preferred

I have three Haiku ceiling fans that I would like to connect to my home app. The company have sent me three WiFi modules that need to be installed. I have the instructions. It needs an electrician or someone with skills required to install these into the mechanics of the fans. I’d have a go myself but I can’t get the canopy off the top of the fan to even begin

Installing a DC remote control ceiling fan/light

Need someone to secure a stainless steel handrail / queue barrier post at our restaurant entrance. It’s suddenly become unstable/wobbly. One of the floor fixings has stripped/come loose (the screw just sits in the hole and won’t tighten).

We have purchased a new shower rose and holder, and need a plumber to come and drill holes in the shower tile to mount the holder, and install the new rose and holder. New rose and holder is the Grohe Tempesta

An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. The plaster cornice on either side also needs repairing. Pics attached. Hoping for repair asap but can be flexible. I’m having some flooring work done so will have to work around that. No painting required - I’ll do that :)
