I am looking for someone to complete two small jobs: 1. Mount my 65” TV onto an existing wall bracket (the wall mount is already securely installed on the wall, so the TV just needs to be attached and checked to ensure it’s level and secure). 2. install a DIY chandelier.

1. Front wooden door needs a hard push to close and open -need adjustment. 2. sliding wooden door is jammed and not sliding properly, needs fixing. 3. sliding fly mesh door has come off tracks and needs fixing.

Install an( about 1.2metres) extension or privacy screen on top of existing 1.8m pailing fence (about 9 metres long). The fence is on lower ground next to the retaining wall, pretty hard to access the bottom of fence. The gap between fence and retaing wall is about couple of hundred mm . No access from neighbour side, because all blocked by hedge tree next to fence line. See images .

Replace internal door with a solid core door, requires: - a replacement door - fitting/installation of door and fixtures (knob/lock/hinges) - removal of old door (Current door is approx 2050 x 720mm x 35 mm; 2 hinges) Fixing sliding door. Currently gets jammed, only moves if lifted up and pulled. Would like this moving smoothly again. - reimbursed if new parts required Location is a ground floor unit, so work during the day is preferred given noise. Remove failed and deteriorated grout to shower wall and floor junctions as required. (re-grout) affected tile joints using suitable waterproof grout. Remove existing silicone behind and around tap sets. Supply and apply new mould-resistant sanitary-grade silicone to tap penetrations and junctions. Ensure all joints are sealed to prevent future water penetration. This is for x2 showers

I need to change my entrance door and security door. I live in an apartment.

The ceiling access panel has fallen down and needs to be reinstalled or repaired. The panel is intact and still here. Looking for someone experienced with ceiling repairs.
