Adjusting an internal sliding door….. top and bottom seem equal but not middle….. gap is visible and to lower a clothes line attached to brick wall!

We have 2x A2 (light frame) pictures that need to be hung on a wall. 1x Canvas painting (heavier) to be raise from where it is currently hanging. All three will require nail into the wall. Ideally we would like minimal noticeable damage to the wall as it is a rental. Please only experienced, certified people to offer.

Drill one metal mesh frame into outside brick wall for vertical garden. Has fallen off wall, so will need a couple more brackets drilled into the brick to keep secure this time I think. Will need own tool and brackets for drilling into brick.

We need this shower screen repaired/replaced in our rental in Preston. Preferably by the end of this week- but we are flexible. Have had quotes from shower replacement companies for a lot more than expected. Husband is getting the pre fitted shower screen from Bunnings today, so will provide measurements. Tasks include: demo, realigning cabinetry to compensate house movement, replacing /repairing timber power box door, patching rusty holes in Tin roof and painting, removing boards over Tasmanian oak floorboards (stapled), repairing and sealing an open fireplace, changing light fittings to name a few. An old 50’s gate requires sanding, painting white gloss, repair and repositioning (welding?) so it closes again. I have another double gate at the driveway that could be an extension of this job however unsure if I will keep it or remove. Being neat and clean is important. I’m on the hunt for a great handyman. I have lots of small jobs.

Manual Roller Shutter is broken. Has been broken since before moving into property. Winder does not work and shutter can only sit in closed or half open position.

Really basic job but I’m unsure of the right tool. Secure kitchen tap in place, I’ve tried tightening with my hands but it doesn’t hold and the tap comes lose
