Find an experienced handyman in Rosanna

Need help to remove a stainless undermount kitchen sink. Its tightly fitted and I do not have the tools to dismantle it. Sink measurements - 73 X 40 cm I will replace it with an overmount sink myself.

6 internal doors to be removed and 6 new supplied doors installed plus refitting of a wardrobe door

Sliding door wont open and close properly, may need a new door/frame.

I have a large brick wall (single storey/ground floor) and wish to hang two items off thick screws. Will need someone with a hammer drill and some know-how. Should take less than 15 mins.

Glass pool fence door soft close function has stopped slow closing. Need to fix it so it slow closes again.

Install a door lock and put three little shelves on the wall for me

There is a tear in the washing machine seal. (series 8 Bosch front loader. I think seal will need replacing. Also have a dripping tap (likely washer replacement) and check of the pump to make sure not blocked. (some water leakage noted near pump)

I need the eaves, pipes, window frames, etc painted in high places. There is currently scaffolding in place that can be used to reach these high places. The scaffolding will be dismantled by Wed next week. I have the paint - just need the man power. I am very particular about "accurate" painting, not on the bricks, etc so must be a capable painter. Could achieve this 1 day or less as scaffold does not go around entire house. Could start today or tomorrow.

I want to make a cut open on the ceiling above the garage to identify a water leak from the balcony which is just above the garage. Because the garage roof and ceiling are almost 4mtrs tall, it requires a free-standing ladder. The job itself shouldn't take more than 30-60minutes . I am in a rented house and have been given permission to install a cat door, but I need to restore the door to original condition when I move out. I would therefore like to install a cheaper back door to put the cat door into, so a can store the existing one and put it back when I move out.
