I would like an experienced person to remove 5 of these plaster surrounds of ceiling lights, which appear to be screwed in and may also be glued. I want them removed and if the ceiling needs patching, to do so. [I also will ask for a quote to repair a wall, where previous owners removed a heater about 25 years ago and may have patched it themselves - as it now needs professional repair. That is better seen in person - so budget mentioned is just for this removal of surrounds.

We have a 1.23m by 0.45m double bowl sink and drain board. We are looking to get this replaced by a single bowl sink and drain board. I’ve bought the sink with the closest measurements 1.2M by 0.5m. This means the sink falls short by about 3ish cm on the width side and is about 5cm too long on the length side. Looking for someone to help with replacing the sink, as well as figuring out how to make the countertop work with the sink. If possible, see whether a cutout from one side can be stuck on the the other side - failing which a countertop replacement might be needed. Countertop is laminate

My kitchen sink is blocked since Sunday. Water is still draining but very slow. I've tried using a planger, unclogging gel and high pressure unbloker but they didn't work.
