Second opinion on what needs to be done. Nature of problem. This is a multi-Panel door - I am told it is a "Centurion" door. When it was working OK, it would some door closes normally until the last few cm and then stop and bounces back. I am told this caused one of the panel to come/break off after this happened a few times. The door is not being used as the loose panel is held in place by only one of the four hinges. Also, one of the glider rail attached to ceiling where door panels sits when the door is opened looks to be crooked.

There are 2 heavy mirrors which needs to be securely hanged. Also there are 12 small mirrors (50 x 50) with metal frame needs to go on a plaster wall. There are two big glass frames needs to go on a different plaster wall. And some small photos here and there.

Needing two mirrors hung on wall. Will need to bring own supplies, including screws etc. not entirely sure what will be needed but MUST be secured extremely well

A wooden beam fell between my garage door and the wall. Door still works fine but would like the back where it should be. The beam is quite long so i'm not sure if it would require 2 people just to hold it while it's being secured. - Due date: Flexible
