I need a concrete base to install garden Shed. Dimensions: 4m depth x 1.5m wide x 10cm height Please see the images attached. You will need to clear up the area and prepare for the base. Organise material, equipment, metals inserts or whatever is required to complete a proper foundation base for the shed to sit on it. Removed small rocks (As shown in images) can be spread across the backyard, so you don't need a bin for that. I have already ordered a shed and it will be delivered by end of October. Give me a reasonable quote I don't need to bargain upon.

Certain rod fall down, need fix, has holes on wall

Fixing a new kitchen sink tap

Looking for an experienced wallpaper installer to hang a custom-printed mural on one wall in a bedroom. Details Wall: approx. 3.0m wide × 2.4m high (one wall, no windows or doors) Wallpaper: Namly "Pastel Rainbow" mural — custom-printed non-woven, supplied in 60cm-wide panels that must be aligned to form a continuous image. Material is paste-the-wall (glue applied to the wall, not the paper). Wallpaper will be supplied by me, ordered with 5–10cm overlap margin per the manufacturer's guidance. Installer to supply adhesive, tools and any wall prep materials. Wall is painted plasterboard in good condition; minor filling/sanding may be needed.

Handyman / Repairs Replace 2 existing lounge room downlights with brushed chrome ones. Replace 5 kitchen pendant light globes with LED globes. Replace 1 outdoor flood light globe near the laundry door. Replace 4 rollers/casters for 2 sliding doors (rear sliding door and laundry sliding door), including removing and reinstalling the doors as required. Replace front entry door knob/lock with a brushed chrome one. Replace side gate lock and latch. Material cost is paid upon itemised receipt.

Old sink needs to be replaced with new one, come inspect I will buy one and you can install

There’s a gap that has opened up between the brick wall and the concrete path/footing along the side of my house (see photos). I need someone to: • Clean out debris (leaves, dirt) from the gap • Insert a backer rod where needed • Apply a flexible polyurethane sealant (e.g. Sikaflex or similar) to seal the joint and prevent water ingress The gap is approximately 3~5cm wide. A backer rod (or foam filler strip) will likely be needed before applying sealant.

A previous plasterer did a couple of repairs in the passage way that turned out not very well. I need the existing plaster cut (approx 400x400) new piece put in, bandaged, top coated and sanded to leave me with an invisible join. (As best as possible anyway)
