Petsafe electronic door fitting to replace old dog door

Need help to move a large mirror (1.1m X 1.7m) from Eltham north to Albert Park, and install above mantle. Because of the size of the mirror and the installation of the mirror above the mantle, you would also need to bring equipment to reach the height (eg step ladder). Looking for someone with specialist skills and experience repointing brickwork. We have a section 8 m long and 40 cm high, at the base of the house wall where the mortar is crumbling away. Some sections are worse than others, but we'd like the whole section repointed. (Old mortar removed and new mortar added and sealed). Afterwards, we might hire you to do another section of roughly the same size. (Just weighing up whether or not to try DIYing that bit ourselves.) Looking for someone who does tidy, good quality work.
