Hi, I would like to get a quote for replacing an indoor short wall (2400 mm in total length and standadr height) Galss and timber balustrade. the image below shows the existing condition of the wall, and following image shows the artistic view of the intended product. the length of the balustrade is indicated on the existing images.

Replace part of bottom of timber window frame which has wood rot. Entire bottom of window time rotten on the outside. Inside appears good. The bottom timber frame measures roughly 915mm wide X 25mm thick X 72mm deep. Price negotiable.

I have a small square corner of my deck I need staining with oil, I have the oil already.

Apply 2 coats of an oil based stain to a Merbau decking of a pergola. Decking is approx 6x6M with a seating area 1x1x4M Decking in pretty good condition I will supply oil to match current oil stain (Feast Watson Decking Oil) Can also supply paint brushes etc if needed (Other staining work of pergola available if interested )

Carpenter, chippie, handy man install exterior cladding paneling to my deck Frame stumps need to be packed out also to be flush. The one merbau timber board will be removed by us The line in green indicated the area needing cladding We have built a pool 70cm lower than our top deck and there is a gap between the 2 decks. We would like it cladded with exterior VJ panelling. We can purchase this ourselves. The length is 7 meters long by 700mm high. We have some cabinetry that we need to update to change the colour of the panels. We are wanting to get rid of the timber look Melamine cabinets, in our bar area and replace the carcasses with white Melamine and the door/ drawer fronts with two pack. The current base cabinets where the drawers are (including the drawers) as well as the skinny cabinet to the right are already white melamine - these can all be reused. We would also like to close in the open section on the top left with either a fold down door, or a left side hinged door. Overall height is 1055mm and overall width approx 1470mm (700mm drawer unit, 570mm full door and 200mm skinny cupboard on left). - Due date: Flexible
