I have an internal timber door(a sliding door converted to swing door) where a previous handle/hardware recess has been filled with plain putty/filler by another tradesperson. The repair is unfinished — raw, unstained filler is clearly visible against the surrounding timber, with no colour matching or sealing. I'm looking for a qualified carpenter to properly rectify this: Remove the existing putty fill Insert a matching timber patch (same species, grain-matched) Sand flush and finish to match the existing door stain/lacquer I have a spare matching door that can be used as the source timber for the patch, so grain and colour matching should be straightforward. This is for a single door in a recently renovated bathroom, so a clean, professional finish that matches the existing timber is important. Please make a offer.

Hey all. Needing a chippy (preferably qualified) to install a small structural timber frame installed behind the gable fascia to support an overhead point of attachment (fascia riser bracket )for a new electrical service line. The framing needs to transfer the load back into the roof framing, not just the fascia. Photos is something similar I’m needing, or whatever looks best ascetically and can support the tension. I need a sink overflow installed to my laundry sink. Existing sink does not have an overflow, however S trap does has provision for overflow to be installed. Works include the supply of a suitable overflow kit that ensures water tightness.

Cut a piece of stainless steel from 700x500mm to 580x500mm. (One cut) It is a thin chopping board (see picture) I will bring it to you to cut so no travel involved.

Screw in 3 timber pieces inside a fixed pelmet, 10mm from the edge, to support plasterboard (see photo). Timber provided (90x35mm pine) – cut in half to 45x35mm for use. Lengths: 2600mm, 85mm, and 165mm. Screws only — no nail gun. The pelmet is 130mm wide, so screw diagonally into studs.

Carpenter to patch up these holes in the floor. It used to be a space for old built in speakers. There are 2 identical holes. 500mm x 730mm at the widest parts. Wood ready to go. Area will be cleared for you (inc carpet). New floating flooring will be put on top.

I must be safe working with you and having you im my premises thats why you should be a registered business and for sake of my paperwork. You can bring materials or offer them if you have. I have some. We might have to purchase more. I am not sure if my ply is marine ply. Without question people have to bill on abn eg give receipt for hrs on the job. Its irrelevant if its tac ndis or personally ... it must have abn and thus be legal for tax purposes and so the time and your presence is formal and in safe with a professional person. Seeing me can't change the quote as ive got nothing to show you onsite. All work had to be done on site with me. If you pick up materials I have to go with you to pay for them.
