Looking for a skilled kitchen installer for a straightforward cabinet install job. Cabinetry and benchtop are being supplied by a cabinet maker — this job is installation only. Rough kitchen design attached for reference (laid out using IKEA's planner tool, but the kitchen itself is not IKEA). Scope of works: - Build a pine plinth for the base cabinets to sit on - Install 7 assembled base cabinet carcasses, including attaching doors - Replace 7 upper cabinet doors (new doors supplied, existing upper cabinets are staying — doors only) - Fix approx. 17 new knobs to cabinet doors and drawers - Install new timber benchtop, including cutout for a top-mount sink - Fit side panels and kicker board to finish the kitchen What's needed: Experience installing kitchen cabinetry and benchtops (non-negotiable — please don't apply without this) Own tools required Must be comfortable with precise cutout work (sink cutout in timber benchtop) Materials: All cabinetry, doors, benchtop, knobs and hardware supplied. Installer needs to bring plinth timber (pine) unless otherwise arranged, and general fixings/tools.

The cabinet is a 81cm wide x 200cm high IKEA METOD wall cabinet. The cabinet has already been assembled to the stage required for mounting, and the METOD suspension rail has already been cut to size. The cabinet will be mounted to a plastered internal wall in a hallway. There is a staircase on the opposite side of the wall. I am looking for someone to: Locate and verify wall studs Securely fix the suspension rail to the wall Hang and level the cabinet Check that the installation is safe and secure I have all cabinet components ready to go.
