The mounting point for the security door closer has pulled out of the timber after previous repairs, causing the screen door to be out of alignment. Looking for a cabinetmaker who can make a buffet cabinet to add-on to our kitchen. We want to extend our storage on the back side of the kitchen island, with matching cabinets and drawers. We need to replace, patch, or in some other way fix up some bits of rotted wood on our property. In order: 1. Our fence post is split at the top and rotting from the top. We suspect maybe cutting down and capping it at some point may be best? (photos 1-2) 2. A corner piece of wood is rotting near the base. Not sure whether it is better to patch up or cut and replace the bottom section.(photos 3-4) 3. A piece of wood below one of our doors has rotted away - we have pulled out the rotted part. This will need to be replaced with a new piece and patched/painted to cover the gap (photo 5)
