I need someone with a long clamp to fix my broken wooden chair. I have Gorilla wood glue, so it's really just the clamp and the know-how required.

I’m after someone who can hang 8 small shelves in my laundry. The shelves are around 4cm long each and all come with their own screws and plugs. 4 are going into the side of a cupboard so hardwood and the other 4 are going into plaster so will require some plugs to make it a bit more secure. You will need a step ladder to get to the higher parts where I would like shelves put.

Hello, Please fully read the ad before asking questions, thank you 🙂 I’m seeking someone with experience hanging art on solid (brick/concrete?) walls. Ideally in a way that won’t require a lot of patching when I move out. There are three larger pieces: - 109.5cm wide x 70 cm high (probably will need two hang points) - 73cm wide x 61cm high - 50cm wide x 70 high Plus I may have a couple of much smaller pieces (roughly 20cm x 15cm) if I have them ready in time. I have a wooden king sized bed frame that needs to be properly reassembled. I have removalists move it to my apartment about a year ago but I think that they incorrectly put it together, as two of the legs on one side are loose and on an angle and I am afraid of it it breaking. I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well.
