There a hole in the roof of our kitchen from where we tried to have a lighting fixture installed (directly above the central kitchen island bench). Roof is slightly angled and hole is in total around 22cm x 12cm. Need this patched then ideally sanded/smoothed and painted (off white). I am capable of painting the walls but I’m too broke to pay standard rates for a qualified painter. I'm happy to do the work and have a qualified painter sign off on it if that's a cheaper option, but either way will need a painter to be a point of contact for the real estate agent to confirm the painting has been completed to an acceptable standard.
