Paint new skirting boards in 4 bedrooms and hall. Carpet has been removed, so no need for dropsheets Patch and sand a couple of dings in the wall. We supply paint.

There are three locations where there are black marks on walls. It needs painting over to get the bond back. I have the correct paint There is some enamel paint on the floor that needs cleaning.

Paint the external of the house, it was painted two years ago, a two tone, and we want the light grey the same as the trims. So a sweep down and paint over, trims are fine to be left as is. Photo shows that we have started the project. You'll see front, both sides and then two photos of the rear.

Finish up painting the back wooden fence. 3/4 of it has been done, so it's basically just the one side of the fence. Paint and equipment will be supplied. We also have a spraypaint gun if you prefer. Job is in Montmorency.

The entrance needs 2 top coats & the hallway needs undercoat + 2 x top coats (ceiling has been done). Using Berger undercoat, & Porters top coats so it will dry quickly + have 2 split systems in rooms off hallway which can help with humidity if needed. All prep work has been done. Final coat can be done tomorrow morning if needed.

I need 2 standard doors painted in white colour. I have the paint. Both sides

There is already one coat of painting been done on walls and ceiling. I have the paint. Just need one more coat and also one door to be painted and the skirtings

Ceilings only. 2 rooms @ 12 sqm (3metres x 4metres)per room. 2400mm high ceiling. Flat (no pitch). No patching or repairs. Labour only. I will supply paint & ladder. You will need to bring drop sheets and painting tools. No cutting in. Cornices already painted.

One lounge room ceiling, one small bedroom and two walls in hallway

I need an interior room painter, walls and ceiling. Room is approx 7m by 15m. So ceiling is around 98sqm. One wall is maybe 21sqm (7x3). The additional 3 walls maybe 40sqm in total (8 windows in total also need trim painted). Is a new extension so no prep. Is plastered. No architraves or skirts to paint. Note the lower part of the room has a high ceiling. I can supply scaffold for that. I can include paint but brushes, rollers, drop cloth, etc should be yours.

Less than 12 sqm tin roof painted. Needs to be pressure washed, roof screws screwed down and holes plugged.

Sand small patch in ceiling and paint 11m2 ceiling. You supply paint and must use drop sheets - Due date: Before Friday, 16 February 2024
