We want our lounge room ceiling painted with a fresh coat of white paint. The ceiling is roughly 6m x 8m (48 m²).

I have a ceiling light moved to a different spot and the hole in the ceiling has been patched. Painting is required over these areas (no more than 20cm x 20cm area). I need my kitchen cabinets painted in white. Must remove and paint all cabinetry and reinstall.

Remove and fully strip and sand old varnish to bare timber in kitchen, ensuite and bathroom, and varnish with 3 coats of oil based varnish. Obviously where timber has gone grey will need to be sanded or treated accordingly to ensure a nice finish. There is another post for the same job, but to only sand and paint as I'm trying to see which way to go depending on budget. My budget is a wild guess so please ignore. Price for a quality job
