Painting of 2 walls just in top coat (2 coats each). For the stairway area, happy to leave the area in between rungs etc unpainted, just feel free to go above and to the right of those stairs.

In the hallway RHS wall there are doors that actually delete the area, hence pls dont overquote. 2. The total area is approx 32 sq.m 3. No Painting needed.
