This likely started from a past minor roof leak about 2 years ago. The leak has been resolved, but the paint is now cracking and peeling. PAINT PROVIDED Prepare and repaint internal wardrobe walls following wardrobe modification. There are 3 wardrobes to do: * Remove any remaining adhesive residue and surface imperfections. * Sand patched areas and feather edges to blend with existing plasterboard. * Apply additional stopping compound/filler where required to achieve a smooth finish. * Spot-prime all repaired areas. * Apply two coats of matching wall paint to all affected wardrobe surfaces, including side walls, rear wall, and touched-up trim/skirting as required.

Need Professional Painter to Repaint exact the Front Facade to the same colour. Only 1 wall. Paint the wall beneath the Green Line. Need to submit Insurance for work.

Part of wall cladding (existing acoustic 12 mm sheet) has paint stains that would be difficult to take off. I'm planning to put up a dividing wall in the existing lounge area to split it into a study room and a smaller lounge area. The study room will be (2.4m x 2.9m) and the new lounge space will be (3.5m x 4.7m). The door in the study room will open outwards into the lounge and will face towards the lounge windows facing put of the house.
