I have just finished an interior house renovation (mainly new kitchen and two new bathrooms), new flooring and painting. Our builders did a rough post renovation clean, but I was not satisfied with the overall result. I am looking for someone(s) to finish the job. The house is partially furnished.

Looking for a skilled painter to fix a minor scratch on the ceiling. It's a small job but requires precision to blend seamlessly with the rest of the surface.

Need someone to do a light sand on ceiling and do two coats of paint in ensuite Size is 1.6m x 3.0m at highest point it’s 3.4m off ground but lower end is only 2.6 - Due date: Before Tuesday, 30 January 2024

We have 15 lineal metres of cornice and a small ceiling rose requiring painting in a deeper colour, as currently too close to colour of the walls. The burgundy cove inside the cornice is OK and does not need repainting . Ideally to be done between now and Jan 21 Note: Room has 3.3 m high ceiling - walls and ceiling recently repainted it is only cornice and rose needs to be done Job is for painting only - we will supply paint

We are leaving our rental property and will need a few holes on the walls patched up and colour matched to paint over. The job must be done by someone who has the right mobile paint match technology as it needs to match perfectly.

3m hooks and velcos have fallen off walls and taken the paint with it. We need to patch each of the rips. We don't have the paint to match. Will need to colour match at Bunnings

The real estate agency needs these six small spots on the wall to be redone (please look at the photos as the spots are very small). The color needs to match the original color or be as close as possible (Unfortunately I don’t have the original paint)

Paint chipped on the wall from contact with the curtain rod which needs patching up and a coat of white paint. I've put putty over the top already but it's not perfect. Overall the surface isn't bigger than 20cm by 8cm (roughly the size of my hand) Quote including cost of paint (a test tub will be enough)

We just had old robe internals removed and new ones installed, now need patching and painting done for walls where marks from old internals were. Patching and painting for inside of one double-wardrobe (320cm wide x 50cm deep) and one linen closet (80cm wide x 50cm deep). Most holes requiring patching are quite small (nail size) apart from one larger chunk taken out of wall shown in photos below. *On a tight budget so combination of lowest price, positive prior airtasker reviews, and ability to get the job done asap will be the important factors in my selection. Need my two bedroom apartment to be painted, including walls (except for x 3 walls in the bathroom where it is tiled to the ceiling), skirts, ceilings, window reveals, and doors throughout. Also a small eave on the balcony. It is totally stripped bare at the moment (no furniture anywhere), however new hybrid flooring has been installed in the living area/kitchen/hallway, so will need some protective covers on that. No carpet layed in the bedrooms yet. By my very rough calculation I have around 98m2 of walls and 62m2 of ceiling through the apartment. Previous plasterer missed a couple of hook holes in a bedroom, some minor cornice damage when one of the wardrobes was installed in the bedroom, and some other minor patches - hoping to have any of these minor patches done as part of this please so factor in. The apartment is on third story of brick building, with no lift access. Please include paint and all materials in the fee and at least 2-3 coats. Will be going with builders white colour, but happy to go on your advise too. Please let me know if you require any further details to supply a quote.
