I have been tasked by my buildings owners corporation to get quotes for painting our buildings common areas. We have a 9 unit, 3 storey brick apartment building in hawthorn east. Tasks required include: - Painting of all walls and ceilings, builders white paint - painting of stair rail - painting of all window frames (5 estimated) - painting of front door. Painting of individual apartment doors not required at this stage. We will have a seperate initiative to remove and replace the common area carpet/flooring after the painting. Touch up/maintance painting in a high end cowering space

The exterior fence and a small part of brick fence need painting.I have the paint. The exterior front door surround needs a paint as do several timber panels on exterior of garage.

Front picket fence and gate. I have the paint and brushes. Need 1 coat only. Approx 6 metre length. Need careful painting around gate lock. A quick clean. Ok to spray but careful overspray.
