We have an old exterior deck in our backyard that is in poor condition. We're replacing it with exterior tiles, but need it pulled up first. The best access to the deck is through our carport. It is made from painted deck wood. And -- before you mention it! - it was in poor quality before we purchased. When you quote, please include pulling up the deck and removing the waste. The front door step is slate. About an area 2.5m x 1.5m. It has a number of scratches across it to be removed. I’ve tried light sanding, a spot with a sealer and mineral oil but no luck.

Need someone to kill and clean mould in a bedroom Mould is on roller blind, behind bedside table, small amount in window frame and a small spot on ceiling. I have some mould remover and can buy sugar soap. All other materials will need to be provided by you. Flexible deadline but sooner the better. Would prefer someone with mould experience

We have wallpaper on 3 rooms 1 living room and hall way that needs removing. Easy access as house is clear now ready for painting. Would be great if someone have experience and necessary tools (steamer) to remove all of it and not damage the plaster. Thanks!

Need some thin cracks patched up and the walls painted. Easier to just paint the whole room then find the original colour. It’s natural now. Need a reliable handyman, air taster to sand some plaster and help repair them for our end of lease clean. May need a lick of cream paint (some in garage hopefully not too old). We don’t have much of a budget so please be kind. We do need help.

Paint three bedrooms. Existing paint in good condition. 3 of 4 walls on each room to change from beige to white. One wall in each room is a 'feature' wall that we want changed to white. This will need more coats. One of these feature walls currently has textured paint and will need to be sanded. The other two rooms do not have textured paint. We can supply paint. Walls only - all skirts, ceiling etc do not need painting. 2 small bedrooms and 1 larger main bedroom (it's a small 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house). Dimensions are in the images.
