I need someone to remove bog/filler that has been spread across the walls in a sub-level room of my workshop. The total wall area is around 40–50 m². The job will involve: Scraping/sanding bog/filler from walls Leaving the surface ready for further prep/painting

Prep, paint and prime my new bathroom ceiling,door and surrounds. I can provide the trim and ceiling paint but be bonus if you have a primer and suitable gap fillers. The trim is all new and will need to be filled due to nail holes and gaps, the skirting and trim in the hall will need caulking as well. Understand it might be a two visit job with drying times but be great to prime at least today or at least this week. I think the electrician is coming tomorrow. Later on would like a quote for outside deck area where they have replaced weatherboards from swapping external window and removing old laundry windows but that’s not part of this job.

I need a good painter to paint external windows and balcony balustrades, internal architraves, and some other general touch-up painting. Probably two full days of work. Three windows are only accessible via ladder, as is the balustrade. I supply all paint, you supply all necessary painting gear (brushes, ladders, etc). Best to visit and see job before committing.
