Need second story window frame to be painted. One framed window area consisting of 8 glass panes. Previous paint job was poor, paint is flaking and some repairs to the timber may be required. Access via ladder required from compacted stone path below. See photos of window frame in question.

Don’t know if I need a builder, a stone mason or a carpenter so sending it out here and hopefully someone with qualified skill set responds! I’d like to have a stone fireplace hearth built in front of our new gas log fireplace. Must be strong enough that can withstand kids inevitably standing or sitting on it. Current and inspo pictures attached but basically after a thickness from ground same as our skirting boards of approximately 14-15cm, slightly wider than fireplace approximately 185cm and wrapping around back to wall in lieu of skirting on sides. Happy to pick and pay stone separately if you can recommend a supplier but a warm light greyish slightly marblish look pretty much what we are going for.
