The backyard glass door needs repair, it has started having a small gap between the glass and it's metal protector which holds the glass door.Because of the gap we get cold air inside the house.

Need to remove non required cabinetry from garage (which we kept when old house was demolished, so it’s just stored in garage, not fixed), keep the cabinet & benchtop required to install a double laundry tub. Then need to assemble & install a Vevor dog wash station next to it The garage has cold, hot water & waste outlets already. So in effect, the job will require cabinet work, assembling the dog wash station & then plumbing everything together, both taps & laundry tub as well as taps, shower head & waste on dog wash station. PS space in garage is very tight as garage is full of stuff! Might need new benchtop if old benchtop can’t be re-used if glue etc can’t be removed (willing to pay extra for this if new bench top required).

Need a part which has rusted to be replaced on two Mytopia Neata 4.5m x 1.5m dog enclosures. The part connects the door to the frame (called ‘lower door connector - part C’).
