My front door is saggy and the fire hard to close and open.

Hi all, I have a Scandia Warmbrite 280i inbuilt wood heater ready to be installed into an existing chimney/fireplace. The heater is already sitting in front of the fireplace, and it fits into the opening. I also have the flue and cowl supplied. I’m looking for someone qualified to install the heater and provide a compliance certificate. Easy access to chimney, and easy access to roof. The fireplace fits into the chimney.

Just wondering if this crack can be fixed or a full door replacement is required.

I have blue board which needs to be filled/ stopped up. Including all joins and screw holes I have attempted myself and started (see photos) and I need it finished. I have the joining tape and some joining compound but may need more. Job includes 1 x full sized wall(2 floor to sealing joins). , 1x 3/4 sized wall (1 floor to ceiling joins) 1x Nib wall (no joins just screw holes) and various small join around windows and doors One section is quite high so you will need a ladder/ platform No need to sand just go around filling
