Find an experienced handyman in Noble Park North

Need someone to fix this. Don’t need colour or polished.

We have an external door on our garage that opens up into the courtyard. There was a magnetic door stopper that ripped off the bottom corner when it became water logged after heavy rainfall. Now there is a big gap. (Refer to pics). Would love ideas on how this can be covered without needing to replace the whole door, if possible. We were looking at the possibility of a pet door so cat could access food etc when outdoors. Happy to field ideas and suggestions with quotes.

*note: Screws pictured are the original short screws. Longer screws are required to complete the work. I require 4 x Clear roller blinds to be fitted with longer screws. 1 requires replacement after it fell due to short screws. 3 x roller blinds require screws changed from existing short screws to more suitable longer screws. Roller blind that requires replacement requires 2 people and extended ladders. Remaining 3 roller blinds can be completed by 1 person with extended ladder.

We need brick cleaned. There were liquid nails used to put boards against the wall. Plaster has been removed. Now we need to clean the wall.

Handyman needed to unscrew few bolt in my van. There is 2 layer install and I need to remove 1 layer. We are in noble park north. Check photos Some screw is very stubborn. So need a strong men to do it

Put the kitcen cabinet door

The pet door has been installed, but it won’t come together on the one side as shown on the picture. Just need someone to make it come together. Screws to be shortened.

Need 5 new doors to be hung up- doors supplied. Handles supplied and to be installed as well. Just need hinges for door to be supplied as well.

Replace rusted out downpipe

I want to have a replacement of my bedroom door knob to smart indoor knob. I have the installation manual video clip. The task includes everything such as removal of original and install my new smart indoor knob. I have the item to be installed.

Globe still working Just need casing replaced, as a tree branch cracked the casing. It's the driver's side rear tail light

The mirror is 1.7m wide x 0.95m high. Previous owner mounted it on the wall using 3M adhesive tape but it’s started to fell off. I took it down and would like it to be hung on screws.

The manual window roller shutter is broken. There are problems with the control part . The roller shutter is old-stlye and is located in the roof. I wonder if we can remove the whole roller shutter and install an electric roller shutter. Or can we change the roller shutter to the electrical one, if it is more easier and economical. - Due date: Flexible

Wanting to replace old internal doors and frames. Pictures of current set up, wanting some thicker frames like the photos. I will supply doors, hinges and handles, will be cheap MDF, no timber doors.
