There are some sounds coming from the roof of our room like an animal scuffling or digging. (My assumption is rats in the heating duct or wall). This has been happening for the last 3-4 days. We need old glass window silicone to be re-siliconed (old to be removed and new silicone to be applied over) same colour silicone as original windows. The window seals are located about 6-10 metres above our carpark and the window is about 3m high by 0.5m wide. Access will require you to hire a scissors lift high enough to reach the windows. You may need an initial site visit to confirm access to the windows. You are expected to have a white card for working at heights and have your own general liability insurances as well. We need the job done asap or within the next week. We will confirm the price once the quote is in. I need a shower shelf installed in the shower/bath area in my apartment. I already have the shelf available ready for install. I would like the new shelf to be installed in the same spot as where the old one used to be, but the existing screw holes will not be in the right spot for the new shelf. I would like the existing holes to be filled with some waterproof material to prevent water from getting in and new holes will need to be drilled for the new shelf.
