I now need the following tasks done in our ground floor apartment. Suitable for handyman or home renovator or tradie: - 2 kicker boards replaced, affected my water damage in corner of lounge. One is about 1.8m, 1 is about 60cm (pine preferred). - another kaboodle cabinet installed next to last one. Size about 1.2 x 1m x 30cm (we will supply). - Caulking in 2 bathrooms. Around bathtub/shower and to seal a cracked tile shown below. - some outdoor caulking around 4m along bottom between wall and tiles replaced. (Grey) pictured. - we also cannot find 2x washers to fit sink: pictured. If you can find and install those. - repair bathroom exhaust fan. Makes sound when turned on but does not appear to work. (Willing to pay for part if needed).
