One side of the benchtop sunk a little bit as shown on the picture which created a little gap between the benchtop and the wall. Task required: 1. Push up and support benchtop where it has sunk to even level. 2. Please remove the old silicon seal and re-apply new ones.

Visitor parking is available on the complex. There's no furniture in the apartment so the work can be done in the living room area.
