10m x 8m gable tin roof shed with 3 roller doors

We purchased 3 X pendants and the seem to have some sort of coating on them that is preventing the stain to stick. We need someone to sand them right back and stain. We have a little bit of stain but you'll need to get more.

I am looking for a builder/carpenter who would be happy to build a new deck at the back of the house. I need someone who is familiar with local building regulatuons. About 4x5m ...not quite sure yet. A 12 x 8 ft Landera Cedar Shed is being delivered in approx 4 weeks and it has to be assembled. There is a large concrete slab already in place to suit.

Handy man or carpenter to install our skirting boards between the 8th-12th of July. Can supply the skirting boards if needed. I will attach photo of floorplan and purple lines indicate what needs to be done. We were going to do it ourselves but it will be quicker if someone else is able to do it. Thanks.
