Find experienced local carpenters in Muddy Creek

Hello, There's a slope in front of my house that leads to the porch. Any one has any ideas that doesn't cost much to build it to some steps that we can walk to the porch. I prefer a cheap solution like putting some concrete tiles or something like that. Please advise if you have any ideas and photos to show me. Please see the photo attached.
