Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to adjust two internal sliding doors after new flooring was installed. The new flooring has slightly increased the floor height, so both doors need to be shaved/trimmed at the bottom for clearance. Job includes: - Trim/shave the bottom of 2 internal sliding doors - One door has already been removed and needs to be reinstalled after trimming - The second door is still in place and needs to be adjusted/trimmed and removed/reinstalled if needed - Make sure both doors slide smoothly afterwards Located in Beaconsfield, VIC. Preferably this Friday 21/08/2026 or this weekend. We are available anytime between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on this Friday. Please have appropriate tools and experience with internal sliding doors/carpentry.

Hi, I need someone to replace the rotten timber edging on a rectangular sandpit. The old timber borders are deteriorated and need to be removed and replaced with similar timber edging (same style and size as existing). Job includes: • Removing the old rotten timber edges • Supplying and installing new timber edging • Ensuring the sandpit remains the same shape/size • Securing the edging properly and leaving the area tidy I’m happy to reimburse the cost of timber and materials upon providing of a receipt from Bunnings or another suitable supplier.
