There are 3 pine balconies: approx 2.4x2.4m / 2.3x5.9m these are both level 1 and then a 2.3x5.9m on level 2. All balconies have been pressure washed and the 2 large balconies have also been cleaned using Cabot’s deck clean. I need them all sanded back with 2 coats of decking oil applied. I want job site to be kept with minimal dust outside. Decking screws may need to be screwed down further for sanding.see pictures. Must avoid dripping between deck as it will drip onto area below. Otherwise a drop sheet must be used below the 2 large decks. I will pay for the stain separately under your trade account price - must be good quality.

All fixings to be galvanised and suitable for external conditions. * Soffit (Eaves Lining) Installation Supply and install external grade PVC VJ (tongue and groove) soffit lining to eaves, fixed to timber batten framing in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Boards to be cut, jointed and aligned to provide a straight, consistent finish. Include all necessary trims, edge mouldings and junction details. Allow for penetrations and set-outs around existing services (electrical, plumbing, ducting). All materials to be suitable for external exposure and installed to provide a clean, weather-resistant finish.

I have cabinetry for a few areas of my house that I started doing myself as I normally would. But now with 2 young kids and limited time, I have dragged out unnecessarily. Laundry, 2 x WIP and 2 x WIRs to install I have already put all the cabinets together except for 2 large ones that I need a hand. Laundry cabinets have also already been pulled out, ready for new installation. Hoping to understand hourly rate. I can be the second set of hands to help too.
