Hi there, I have a small corner of the plasterboard ceiling that is sagging slightly. Condition: The plasterboard is completely dry (no water leak/damage), just popped off the joist/adhesive. Ceiling Height: Standard height (approx. 2.4m). Scope of Work: Push up and securely re-screw the sagging corner into the ceiling joist/batten. Apply plaster/filler over the screw holes and hairline gaps. Sand smooth so it is ready for paint (I will do the paint touch-up myself). Requirements: Please bring your own ladder, cordless drill, plasterboard screws, and plastering/sanding supplies (fast-drying compound preferred). Flexible with time/date. Building of a new wall in second bathroom! See photo attached. New wall is around 1100-1500mm wide and we are bringing the wall forward to make it more spacious. This involves removal of plumbing / wiring and placing it on other side of the wall. We need the darker tiles removed and also the wall taken out with a new wall put in :) so your offer should include all that. We will just put the same door back on as well.

In total, the ceilings of two rooms need to be done, covering 37.98 square metres. Photos are attached for your reference. In one room, the ceiling has come down, and there are no issues with the roof or any water leakage. When you remove the ceiling material, it will also need to be disposed of.
