Task 1: Repaint bathroom walls and ceiling with mould resistant paint. Remove peeling paint before applying new paint. Task 2: Repaint ceiling in bedroom 2 (see floor plan). There’s some mould at one corner of the ceiling, which need to be removed before repaint. Task 3: replace wall skirting in kitchen (<3 metre)

Skirting boards were removed so that floorboards could be installed. Wanting to reuse the existing skirting boards in 2 bedrooms (bedroom area is around 9 to 10 metres square). They are in fair condition, some sections have nails. Am fine to supply caulk if you let me know what product to purchase. Only requiring caulking for gap btwn skirting board and wall. Walls are brick. Open to reasonable offers.
