Tasks include patching small holes and cracks on the walls and ceiling, smoothing and sanding the patched areas, and painting to match the existing colors. I have the matching paint but need someone experienced with their own tools and materials for patching and sanding to ensure a seamless finish.

Decking needs to be sanded and restained , I will provide the stain , probably about 6 m long by 5 m wide
