Find an experienced apartment painter in South East Melbourne

Looking for an experienced painter to repaint my one-bedroom apartment. I have measurements and photos available to assist with quoting. Scope of works includes: * Walls * Ceilings * Skirting boards * Minor patching/filling where required Doors and windows Pretty much the whole property Painter will need to supply all paint and materials as part of the quote. The apartment is vacant and ready to be painted. Approximate floor area is 54m². The existing carpet will be replaced after the painting is completed, so there is no need to spend time protecting the carpet from paint. I want it painted and white Also it’s on level 2 with 2 flights of stairs no lift.

I have several white patches on my (white) walls in my rental apartment that I tried to cover with undercoat and matching paint, but they still don’t look right. I have all the paint here still — just need someone with more experience to help fix it properly. I’m looking for someone who can come by tomorrow, as I don’t have much time to do this myself. There are also some other small areas on the walls similar to the ones shown in the attached photos.

Need a proper paint job done on a 1 bedroom apartment. Need the full apartment re-painted. Walls, ceilings, doors, architraves, skirting all needs to be done. Same colour. White. gloss for the doors

The one bedroom apartment I bought as my first home needs a new paint job. Looking for a tradie who takes pride in their work, not just some slap and dash. Surface prep, cut in and then the proper paints for ceilings, proper paint for walls, proper paint for door frames, skirtings, etc. Please describe the quality of paints to be used. If you provide recommendations to improve the quality of the finished job, such as two coats, or three coats for extra cost, I'm eager to listen to you and compare your quote to the other ones. The tenant vacated and there is no furniture except a fridge. Pretty much everywhere that already has paint (walls, floors, doors) Areas are bedroom, entrance hallway which leads to living area and kitchen. The bathroom door jambs, for sure need repainting and the bathroom ceiling, I guess it's a small space to paint (because floor to ceiling tiles) but depending on how much extra that would cost to include..... There is an 1800mm piece of wood that is underneath the sliding door in the bedroom. This has water damage and should be replaced. If you have the skills to do that and painting, describe that in the quote, this is even better. It's at the start of the video. There is some minor water damage to some other corners but I think they can just be sanded back and repainted over.
