Remove old paint/stain, power rinse/clean, sand (if required/raised grain) and oil outdoor deck, posts and hand rails (see photos). I’ll supply wood stripper, stain and oil (Cutek). Deck size 8mx3m (24sqm) 8x posts Please provide a detailed offer and include all tools/equipments to complete the job. Posts and hand rails had one coat oil applied when installed, but no stain/UV added. Steps shown on the photo are not included, as it’s getting repaired and will be oiled at that time. Thanks.

Small eave area at the front and back -minor chips on door frame and window frame -main door -fill and paint hinge marks (8) as I remove old door and replace it with sliding door previously -remove 2 doors and fill hinge marks, paint marks Main house -4 beds, 1 bath, hall ways, 1 kitchen (wall and ceiling) -natural white for wall and white for ceiling. -another bath just need ceiling touch up and 1 coat, same for new toilet window (minor touch up) Converted Garage bungalow 5.8x5.6 -2 small bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 small living. Paint match is required. Front garage -there is small area paint faded and chip, need touch up. And small area on cement render (triangle) need paint. Cream color -maybe 1 coat to the side of garage (same color) to make it look better. House is still furnished but I can help you move some heavy items. Looking to spruce up the outside of the house. Need Fascia, windows, gutters, eaves etc. painted.
