Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few jobs around the house. I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will get everything neat and finished properly. 1. Garden lights, approx. 15m Lights are already connected and working, so no electrical work required. Move decorative rocks aside, lay/hide approx. 15m of existing cable neatly through the garden bed, position the lights and replace the rocks. Should be around 30 mins. 2. LED tube lighting, approx. 40m Install around 40m of flexible LED tube lighting in a theatre room. This isn’t adhesive strip lighting, it uses mounting clips fixed to the walls/ceiling. I already have an idea of the pattern/design I want and can show you on the day. Lighting and clips supplied. 3. Padded floor + artificial turf, approx. 3m x 2m Cut and fit gym-style matting to the space, then cut and secure artificial turf over the top. Some trimming will be required to get a perfect fit with clean, straight edges. 4. Plaster repairs Electricians recently installed/removed power points, leaving approx. 4 small holes. These need patching, sanding and painting. Paint and patching materials supplied. Please bring your own tools. Ideally all jobs completed in one visit. Quality finish is important, not looking for someone to rush or cut corners.

Shed dimensions are approximately 2.38m long × 1.18m deep × 1.81m high at the highest point. The area is already paved/concreted and level, with the shed to sit alongside the external wall. Job includes full assembly of the shed, positioning it correctly in the pictured location, and securely anchoring/fixing it to the concrete so it is stable and weather resistant. There is a downpipe and some external services nearby, but ample room to be worked around carefully. Please bring the appropriate tools and fixings/anchors required for installation.
