My gutter downpipes are very noisy for the water flowing through them when it rains. The noise comes in the rooms thus making it hard to sleep. Need to make them soundproof. Its a double story house and 4-5 downpipes. The work should not result in clogging the pipes.

Would like a door to be installed to my upstairs office by a carpenter. Need door, door frame, and plasterboard around the door frame A bit of sound proofing behind the plasterboard would be good.
