We’ve just installed a washing machine into the laundry. Now we need someone to cut/shorten the existing door by about a third as per picture attached. Dog got trapped in bathroom and clawed at door and door frame trying to get out. Door and frame need filling and repainting I think, open to suggestions on what might be best i.e new door frame

We have bought a new ceiling fan to replace one that is already installed in our bedroom. We want a qualified electrician to do this rather me DIY it. The fan that is already there is working correctly so it should be a simple swap.
