I currently store my garage bins at the bottom of my driveway. I would like to build a bin storage area at the top of my driveway. I don’t have the materials and need someone who can assess what needs to be done, come up with a plan, acquire any necessary materials (ideally re-using the fence panel for the gate if possible to keep the same look and feel and reusing is good for the environment!), and deliver on that plan. The driveway and fence is on a hill so the space behind the fence where the storage area will go will need to be levelled and the ground firmed up somehow as opposed to the current soft soil. There are currently plants behind the fence that I will move. Assume we need a meter space to fit the bins in without them impacting the driveway access. I have a second job in Air Tasker (the priority job). I have posted them separately as I need to manage budget. The other job is the priority and I am hoping to use the same person. There is potential further work to replace posts/panels which are rotting. I have no idea what a job of this nature cost so budget posted is just a random number.

I need survey points for front fence construction

Timber paling fence is 3.06m long. Retain existing 2 uprights. Remove existing horizontal rails with palings fully intact. Set aside. Make 2 notches behind standing/existing uprights. Install two 3.06m rails to notches. Then attached paling fence that is set aside to newly installed rails using power drill and screws.

Paling fence has 2 posts rotted and need replacing. Either Wednesday or Thursday this week

3.3 linear metres of timber fencing to be replaced using existing posts. Supply and install new rails, plinth and 1.8m palings. Easy access via garage. Remove and dispose dismantled components of existing fence.

Provide and concrete in 3 fence posts and stabilise fence palings

Fence fell down as a result of strong winds this week. We do not want a new fence, but to have as much of the old fence re-erected within a fortnight.

I need some minor repairs done to the bottom of a section of my neighbours timber fence. Some pressure has been put on the bottom of the fence from our side causing some areas to bow and dislodge. We need the existing bottom panels to be secured to fix bowing. Access can be given to both sides of the fence where possible. A new strip of timber needs to be placed along a small section (see photos). More info can be provided if needed.

The fence consists of about 15 sections with each being about 2 metres. The existing capping has rottered over time and needs replacing. The fence itself is in reasonable condition.I would like the capping to be bought and installed

Back fence needs to be repaired

3 metre section of fence needs tapirs or full replacement. Many parings require replacement. One post my need replacement. At least one rail needs replacement. Plinth looks warped also probably needs replacement
