Hi, I need a brick job completed. The previous tradie has done a runner and cant keep waiting for him. The leftover job is to Please quote for Task 1 and Task 2 seperate, if you have questions please ask. pictures attached Task 1: 1. Do a pillar 450x450mm, 1.2m high 2. Capping for 4 pillars, 3 are 450x450 and one is 1300*450 roughly - dont need the ready capping, will need to be a brick capping. 3. Complete the wall for planter box which is 1300mm wide and roughly about 7 to 8 standard brick height 4. Few bricks on a wall on existing wall is unfinished, needs completion. 5. There is about 150-200mm between the brick wall and footpath. This will need a clean cement/concrete levelling to be done. In total my estimate is roughly about 70 - 90 bricks All materials needed including bricks, sand, cement and anything needed to be supplied. Task 2: 1. Rendering to done - total length is 6.55m All materials to be supplied. color details will be provided. Job is in Mt Waverley

Assume first 2 posts need to be replaced. The requirements is remove the marked area (in red) to meet the council lower height restrictions. No need to replace the fence (except broken posts). The total front length is 7.5m (till Garage).

Our side fence has rotted posts near the ground which is causing our fence to sit on an angle. I’m after someone to add a new post (dig and concrete and attach to fence) to support the leaning fence. Quick and dirty really!

Existing 1800 high timber paling fence needs some attention and repair. I estimate 8 new posts will be needed rails mostly ok, palings are pretty good. Allow approx 15 palings to be replaced where broken. Lattice along top has been affected by creepers over years, some refixing will be needed. Good access to entire length via neighbouring driveway to 2 units. Prefer total quote for supply and install please.

Replacement of 27 m of 2200 high paling fence

A common fence between 2 properties is bending a lot. The posts of fence are loosening up. They need to be straightened and might require some 3-4 new posts to bring fence upwright.
