Find a professional gate installation in Mount Waverley

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair a pool gate at my property in Mount Waverley. The gate post is wobbly, causing the gate not to self-close and self-latch properly. This was identified during a recent pool safety inspection. Could you please let me know your availability and approximate cost to fix it? Thank you.

I've attached two photos below. The first shows the current state of the front yard, which has some existing vegetation but no fence at all. The second photo shows what I'd ideally like it to look like finished. Basically, it's made up of a few brick pillars, with sections between them featuring a brick base at the bottom and a metal fence on top. Because of this, I need someone to help with a few things: 1. Remove the existing vegetation. 2. Build the double-brick fence sections. 3. Install the metal fencing in the middle sections. 4. Put up a gate. 5. Install the letterbox. 6. Apply rendering to the exterior finish at the end.

The door handle on the front gate of my house has broken off. I need help to repair/ replace this. A replacement handle will need to be sourced.

The wheel was previously held on by a 12g metal screw which came loose and now will not grip when screwed back in. Open to different solutions, whether welding the wheel back on, using different screws etc. Happy for offers on price depending on proposed solution. Gate has not been removed from rails.

Looking for a licensed roof plumber to check and fix the ceiling leaks. There are 3 or 4 of small spots that I have noticed as shown in photos. Also, extend/relocate a total of 4 downpipe spreaders slightly lower down into the roof sheets. Current spreader is shown in the photo. Requirements: - Inspect roof and identify likely source of water ingress. - Check roof tiles, valley, flashing, gutters and downpipe spreaders. - Provide photos and a standard invoice detailing the leak fix and spreader adjustments $50 is just the placeholder budget. Please quote your fee or provide an estimated package price based on the photos.

I have two garden gates that are currently wooden and damaged, and I need them removed and replaced with new Colorbond garden gates. The approximate dimensions are 194 cm high by 86 cm wide. Because I am not a professional, there might be about a 5% margin of error in my measurements, so I would need you to come out to do a precise measurement after accepting the job before proceeding with the installation. Could you please provide a total quote covering both gates, including materials and labor? I am hoping to get this installed as soon as possible.

Our gate has come off the screws due to the winds yesterday. See the pictures. The gate and the posts are fine, no damage there. Just the screws need to go back in the grooves.

Electric gate is no longer opening with remote. Believe it may be a fault with the receiver as the remote is still opening the garage door without any issues. Electric gate still opens via manual override, hence thought it might be an issue with the receiver.
