Our side gate gets jammed to the point it’s very hard to open and close. It needs some adjustment at the hinge (or angle grinding) so that the gate does not hit on the post that is fixed to the house.

Pedestrian Gate has its hinges broken and needs new hinges and gate re-hung. Require the new hinges to be auto closing. Job is to purchase auto closing hinges, remove old, add new and re hang gate.

Looking for someone to fix gate latch so it is able to close! previous owners welded hardware on. We installed a new post and unfortunately increased the width between both gate sides. I have hardware to replace top latch but not the handle latch.
