We have a ground-floor apartment in Glen Iris We would like to convert a section towards one end of our existing metal balcony railing into a small opening gate, allowing access to the outside. We would prefer to retain as much of the existing railing as possible to keep costs down and have the new gate match the existing design. Keeping in line with body corp restrictions Could you please advise whether this is something you could do and provide an approximate cost? The gate can still be unlocked via phone. Diagnose the button, wiring and access-control input and repair as required. 3. Garden lighting Three garden lights are not working. Diagnose whether the issue is the fittings, transformer/driver, wiring or power supply. Replace faulty lights if needed. Please quote for suitable replacement fittings. Heavy Wooden gate gas absorbed water and slowly over the years has pulled away from the wall. Can you remove and refix to the wall to ensure it closes and opens smoothly from both sides.

Our side gate gets jammed to the point it’s very hard to open and close. It needs some adjustment at the hinge (or angle grinding) so that the gate does not hit on the post that is fixed to the house.
