For the 2 timber Adirondack chairs: * Prepare/lightly sand as required. * Repaint in a high-quality white lustre finish. * Apply an appropriate durable exterior protective finish/sealer. The chairs sit under a covered verandah. Please bring your own sanding equipment, filler, primer, brushes/rollers, drop sheets, PPE/gloves and other tools. Happy to purchase the final paint once we agree on the right product. I’m looking for a smooth, neat finish with no obvious filler marks, drips or heavy brush marks.

The wooden gate to my front courtyard no longer closes either through a combination of the ground shifting or the column that it’s attached to leaning. I think to fix it it needs to be remounted slightly higher or material needs to be shaved off the bottom of the gate.

need an experienced roof plumber or skilled handyperson to resolve a drainage issue on my carport roof. As shown in the attached photos , water is currently getting trapped and pooling significantly on the corrugated metal roofing instead of draining away. Looks like the metal roofing is sagging in the middle then the outer side causing the pooling of water.

The fence requires removal and relocation because it’s not on the rear boundary of the property. It’s 22mtr x 1.95mtr There is a small 900mm gate that needs to be relocated as well. Please see the image of the survey for details of the fence line to be removed in pink and new position blue line at rear boundary. A framed lattice section at top of fence would be good. The tree in the middle of yard will be removed this weekend. The rope in images showing the line of the new fence. Assistance with checking the position from the pictured survey is required. Open to re using materials from the old fence, gate etc.. probably 10 years old But if advised new fence/ lattice would be considered.

I am replacing an old metal pedestrian gate with a new timber gate and need a welder/fabricator to help with preparation. Remove existing metal gate and small infill panel currently attached to the steel post. Weld a steel extension onto the existing hollow steel post (currently concreted into the ground). Extension should bring the total post height to approx 1750–1800mm above ground. Weld should be structurally sound and neat, ideally fully welded around the join. Apply rust protection (primer or cold galvanising spray) after welding. If you require more information or photos please let me know.

I have a double swing automatic gate at my driveway. The gate used to operate normally where the right-side gate opens first, followed by the left-side gate after a short delay, so they don’t interfere with each other. Recently, the sequence seems to have changed. The left gate is now trying to open first while the right gate is still closed, which causes the left gate to hit or be blocked by the right gate. Because of this, the gate cannot open properly and the system stops working as expected. It appears the opening sequence or timing between the two motors may be incorrect, or the controller settings may have changed. No physical damages only need proper programming

Gate is not latching as it has moved off the hinges. Need it to be rehung so lock can engage.
