Am looking to have the hinges for our glass pool fence gate either repaired or replaced, as it is not closing automatically and no longer compliant. We don't require a replacement of the whole fence or gate, only the hinges themselves (x2)

Recently we smell the stinky smell in the toilet in ground floor. Toilet can flush normally no issue and no leakage just a stinky smell. Other toilets upstair do not have this smell. No issue with water or any congestion or water blockage as toilet is function properly. The toilet have been replaced brand new 2 years ago. I have supplied already 7.2m of aluminium horizontal slat fencing and 2 gates and posts that I need installed at the front and side of the property. The job is in box hill north and am ready and in need to complete the job ASAP.

1 - One steel lockerable gate with at least 2 meters high. 2 - One security steel fence joined with gate with at least 2 meters high. The existing fence length is 1860 + 80 (door).

We need one lever/lock to be installed on the master bedroom door and also 2 gate locks to be installed on each side gate. There is also a door lock for the study that doesn't seem to be flush and may need tweaking. The levers/locks will be supplied and you can see photos of them in the comments section.
