Subsidence is happening due to the wet and soft soil under foundation. 10mm-15mm cracks are found on the bricks. I have asked certified plumber to do the local drainage. And I also need some one who is professional enough to Mitigate Subsidence and Strengthen Local Foundation. Either add stumps to foundation or pour concrete underneath to add more support to the foundation. I don’t need releveling. And I don’t plan to spend too much of money on this old property. Maybe you have a better and easier idea. Please bring your plan, show your past projects, and send your offer to me. I mainly consider the person with a registered business / companies with insurance cover. (Better with builder licences)

My ground has sunk a little, so the sliding gate gets stuck at one spot every time it moves. I’d like to add an extra wheel at the very front of the gate so it can move smoothly. The gate already has a motor installed and opens and closes automatically. I’m not sure what size wheel I should buy, or whether I should replace all the wheels with larger ones. Because the gate has a motor and a rack/track installed for the motor, I’m worried that if I switch to bigger wheels, the track position might need to be adjusted again.
