My partner tried to replace the existing gate with colourbond sliding gate. As he was temporarily fixing it the strong wind blew it over. Will need to purchase more fence materials has been some what already built but will require alot more work I believe. I would like the whole fence to be matching with the colourbond panels We do park cars in the back yard to the width of opening needs to be wide enough for vehicles I dont know how much pricing will be but happy to talk about prices and payment for materials

I have purchased a house and the building report has found a potential leak in the laundry with some mould build up. We planned on creating a bathroom with this space anyway so upon settlement we will remove this section of the wall to allow for someone to assess and fix any leaks. Inspectors photos are attached. We also need someone to review a proposed new layout for this area and confirm if it is possible, quote how much it will be to fit out any new required plumbing and install any new plumbing required. I have attached the current layout and the proposed layout. Here is a list of the changes we'll be looking to make: Laundry Sink changed to a bathroom vanity/basin - unsure if the taps will be in the exact same spot Toilet changed to a shower - it is on an external wall with a window so not sure if the shower head can fit or if we'd have to have a shower head come from the roof - the mixer would be the othere question, hoping this could go below the window. Bath to remain in the same spot but will shift the wall to the opposite side and replace the bath - plumbing for taps in that new wall will probably be required Current bathroom vanity/basin to be changed to a toilet Note: the house is on a slab but we are hoping the new layout means no slab cutting will be required.
