We have a rental property and have been advised the rear and side garden fence is leaning/needs to be repaired. Also that the all external windows (approx x8) of the house cant be opened because there either painted or screwed shut. Moving into a new house and noticed a few gaps in the fence along the side of the house. I will be buying 5m of Colourbond sheets and nails from Bunnings, need someone who would be comfortable cutting/joining them together across the few small gaps on the fence.
