Our place was recently restumped and the carpet was removed in some rooms in order to remove the floor and access the stumps. We have two rooms and a small adjoining section that need new carpet and underlay to be fitted back on. We have another room and hallway that need the existing carpet removed and new carpet installed. We would also require the carpet and underlay to be supplied. We are looking for a skirting board to be fixed. It has two chips in the wood. Our preference would be to fill in the gaps/sand/paint instead of replacing the whole thing. One part has the wood that was chipped off however the other part is missing the wood. We have moved out and landlord wants this fixed, I don’t have the dimensions of the board right now however I can get them if needed. Tues 1 Feb 5pm.
