I need carpet professionally installed in a 2 bedroom + lounge apartment. It is 19.1m (3..66m wide) of carpet.

Carpet layer has found 2 areas of sub floor that need repairing, one at the end of the walk in robe needs a strip of timber along the wall under floor level as there’s no joist & the boards have nothing bracing them (he said the current boards can be replaced once something can hold them up), one small section under a floor length window is rotten so will need cutting out & replacing with timber or chipboard. Molding above needs cutting out & replacing.

Skirting provided. Approx 30 linear meters.

My hard wood floors need a proper deep clean and scrub/polish. Floor stains super easily just even from water so there’s a lot of stain marks and unwell cat so a lot of pee marks. Examples of marks in pics, but a lot of them. May need a sand and sealing I’m not sure how it works.

The current finish is too dark so we would like the floor sanded back to oak and then re-stained in a light lime wash finish. All existing furniture items in the space will be removed prior to works commencing.
